The customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the exchange and return policy at the time of delivery, as announced by Kojima Store.
In case of a defect in the product and the customer wishes to exchange or return it, they must visit the main branch to have the item inspected before processing the exchange or return.
Warranty does not cover misuse such as breakage, scratches, liquid exposure, and does not apply to accessories. The customer is responsible for ensuring they receive the product in its original
